Reservation Payments
All reservations require full payment upon booking. Rates are subject to change without notice.

Multi-Night Discounts
Receive our multi-night discount on every additional night you book.  The discount is applied through a coupon code, available to you any time you book.  Starting at 10% for 3 nights, up to a maximum of 20% discount for a stay of 5 nights or more during the high peak season.  Book with us during the offseason time and receive 25% off.  Please visit Our Cabins page for details.

Cancellations
NO rainchecks or refunds, however all cancellations or changes to your booking must be made via email. If cancellation is required, the notification of cancellation must be received a minimum of 21 days prior to your arrival date, then we will refund all moneys paid less a 10% cancellation fee. If notification of cancellation is received between 8 to 20 days prior to the arrival date, a 50% cancellation fee will apply. 7 days or less prior to arrival date, no refund will apply.

*** Cancellation Update***
As the restrictions with COVID-19 are ever changing, FamFun Cabin Rentals continue to observe the regulations mandated by the Ontario Government and the Public Health.  Our standard cancellation policy will be reviewed and adjusted accordingly should the COVID restrictions prevent guests from visiting and staying at our cabins.  All booked guests will be contacted personally which will allow them to make an informed decision about their stay.

Check-In
Check-in time is 3 PM for all cabins. Guests are welcome to arrive early and enjoy the facilities of the resort. Cabin keys will be available at check-in time at the Registration Office. No bedding or pillows are provided.

When you arrive, please stop at the Registration Office to check-in and pick up your reservation package for your FamFun Cabin.  If you arrive after hours and the Registration Office is closed, your reservation package will be attached to the front door in an envelope with your last name on it.

Check-Out
Check-out time is 11 AM for all cabins. Upon return of the cabin key, you may exchange your wristbands in order to stay in the park for the rest of the day and use the amenities. If you choose to check-out before the Registration Office opens, you must leave the cabin key in the drop box located by the door.

Tenting
Tenting right next to any of the cabins is not permitted and may lead to you and/or your guests being asked to leave the park.

Fees
All rentals include up to 4 people (including children). Additional persons (adult or children) are $20 per person per night up to a maximum of 6 people.

Children 2 and under are free of charge and must be supervised by an adult at all times.

Security deposit of $250 is charged per cabin at the time of booking and is fully refundable upon checkout.  Standard processing of 3-5 business days applies.

You are allowed 4 visitors per day.  Your cabin visitors are subject to Bissell’s Hideaway Resort daily admission fee:  $15 per person on a weekday and $20 on a weekend and holidays (children 2 and under are free).

If you lose your cabin key, there is a replacement fee of $20.

We prefer a “No Pet” policy in our cabins. $20 per pet per night will be added if you do choose to bring your pet. Note that pets are not allowed in the pool area.

No smoking or vaping allowed in any of the cabins.

You are responsible for any damage to the cabin or its contents. All of our cabins are checked prior to your arrival and after your departure. Security deposit of $250 will not be refunded if damages found (including smoking).
