Reservation Payments
All reservations require full payment at the time of booking. Rates are subject to change without notice.

Multi-Night Discount
Receive 15% off on bookings of 5 nights or more during our peak season*.  Book with us during the off-season** time and receive 25% off.

*Peak season is between June 14 – September 2, 2024 (min 3 night stay)
**Off-season is between May 10 – June 13, 2024 and September 3 – October 14, 2024 (min 2 night stay)

Our cancellation policy is as follows:

  • Cancel 30 days prior to your arrival date and receive a full refund for your booking.
  • Cancel 15-29 days prior to your arrival date and receive 75% refund for your booking plus your security deposit and cleaning fee.
  • Cancel 14 days or less prior to your arrival date and receive a refund for your security deposit and cleaning fee.

Check-in time is 3pm for all cabins. Guests are welcome to arrive early and enjoy the facilities of the resort. Cabin keys will be available at check-in time at the Registration Office. 

When you arrive, please stop at the Registration Office to check-in and pick up your reservation package for your FamFun Cabin.  If you arrive after hours and the Registration Office is closed, your reservation package will be attached to the front door in an envelope with your last name on it.

Inside the Cabin
Bedding, towels, kitchen utensils, plates, pots and pans are not provided inside the cabin.

The following items are provided: 
• BBQ utensils and cleaning brush
• Wine/bottle opener
• Can opener
• Single use paper cups, complimentary 2 bottles of water, coffee, tea and sugar
• Single toilet paper and paper towel (no replenishment)
• Dish soap and dish cloth
• Travel size toiletries
• Hair dryer
• Kettle, toaster and Keurig coffee maker

Streaming Services
Please remember that it is the guest’s responsibility to log out of any streaming services (ie. Netflix, Disney+, etc.) that the guest may have used during their stay.

Check-out time is 11 AM sharp for all cabins, no exceptions unless previously arranged. Upon return of the cabin key, you may exchange your wristbands in order to stay in the park for the rest of the day and use the amenities (park fee may apply). If you choose to check-out before the Registration Office opens, you must leave the cabin key in the drop box located by the door.

Pool Area Information
Pool and splashpad are open daily during the peak season. Please see below for details:

OPEN June 14-16 from 11am-7pm
CLOSED June 17-20
OPEN June 21-September 1 from 11am-7pm (September 2 – pool closes at 5pm)

Inflatables are allowed in the shallow pool area.

The large waterslide will be open daily between 12-5pm.

Tenting right next to any of the cabins is not permitted and may lead to you and/or your guests being asked to leave the park.

Some of our cabins are located next to other privately owned cabins.  Please be respectful of the owners and their property.

Quiet Time
Quiet time is at 10pm on Sunday through Thursday, and 11pm on Friday and Saturday. All music must be off during these times.

All rental pricing includes up to 4 guests (including children). Additional guests (adults or children) are $25 per person per night up to a maximum of 6 people (applies to cabins which accomodate 6 guests).

Children 2 and under are free of charge and must be supervised by an adult at all times.

Security deposit of $200 is charged per cabin at the time of booking and is fully refundable upon checkout.  Standard processing of 3-5 business days applies.

Cleaning fees range between $85-$95+hst and are charged per cabin at the time of booking to cover the cost of cleaning the space.

You are allowed to have day visitors. Your visitors are subject to Bissell’s Hideaway Resort day pass which can be purchased here Note: Day pass fees apply and are subject to change by Bissell’s Hideaway Resort.

If you lose your cabin key, there is a replacement fee of $20.

We welcome your pets. $30+hst per pet per night will be added if you do choose to bring your pet(s). Note that pets are not allowed in the pool area.

If you fail to let us know you have a pet, the pet fees will be charged.

No smoking or vaping allowed in any of the cabins.

You are responsible for any damage to the cabin or its contents. All of our cabins are checked prior to your arrival and after your departure. Security deposit of $200 will not be refunded if damages found (including smoking/vaping).

Please note that FamFun Cabin Rentals is a privately owned company and the cabins are not the property of Bissell’s Hideaway Resort.
