What time is check-in?

Check-in is at 3 p.m. If you require an earlier check-in, please let us know at the time of booking and we will certainly do our best to accommodate your request.

Do you offer late night check-in?

Yes. Check in as late as you’d like. If you do check in late, your reservation package will be in an envelope, placed on the door of the registration office located at the entrance to the park.

What time is check-out?

Check-out time is 11 AM for all cabins. Upon return of the cabin key, you may exchange your wristbands in order to stay in the park for the rest of the day and use the amenities. If you choose to check-out before the Registration Office opens, you must leave the cabin key in the drop box located by the door.

Do you have a late check-out option?

Late check-out is by availability only. Please inquire at the time of booking and we will try our best to accommodate the request.

Do your cabins have electricity and running water?

Our cabins have full electricity, air conditioner and heater (depending on which time of the year you stay with us), and unlimited cold/hot water. Each cabin has a full bathroom at your disposal.

Can you cook inside the cabin? (applicable to The Waterview only)

Since there is no cooktop or any burners available inside the cabin, you can only use the BBQ located outside on the deck.

How do you access applications on the Smart TV?

You will be required to login using your personal credentials to all applications ie. Netflix.  Please remember to log out at the time of check out.

Where do you find the WiFi password?

The WiFi password is located on the wall next to the front entrance door.

What do you do when you lose your cabin key?

There is a replacement fee of $20.  You will need to visit the Registration Office to receive another key.

Who do you contact if I experience any issues with the cabin?

Please call us at and leave a message or email us at famfuncabins@gmail.com.   We will return your call within 15-30 mins.

Can you have visitors while staying inside the cabins?

Yes.  You are allowed to have up to 4 visitors per day during your stay at the cabins.  Park fees apply.  Please visit the Terms and Conditions section for details.

Do you provide firewood?

Firewood is available for purchase at Bissell’s Registration Office.

Do you provide any campfire accessories ie. marshmallow sticks?

No.  We do not provide any campfire accessories.

How far are you from stores that provide basic necessities?

Little Star Snack Bar is available onsite with your basic camping needs.  If you are willing to leave the park, the town of Fonthill is approximately 5-10 minutes away where you will find a grocery store and pharmacy amongst others.

Do you offer laundry on site?

No.  Due to Covid, the laundry room at Bissell’s resort is closed.

How far are you from Niagara Falls?

We are about 15-20 minutes away from the famous Clifton Hill located right in Niagara Falls.

How far are you from the wineries?

We are located very close to Vineland.  There are several wineries located close to the park.
